The Strategic South examines how engineering, infrastructure, energy and industrial systems are reshaping Africa and the Middle East — read through project delivery rather than announcement. Its perspective is that of a practitioner: what has actually been built, commissioned and operated, rather than what has been declared. It is independent of any government, company, political party or interest group.
